Instructions



To make a delicious malt loaf, preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. In a separate bowl, mix the malt extract, brown sugar, butter, eggs, raisins, walnuts, and vanilla extract.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the malt loaf cool in the pan for 15 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
