Instructions

Once the shortbread has cooled, you can freeze it. Place it in an airtight container or freezer bag. Label the container or bag with the date and freeze for up to three months.
When you’re ready to enjoy the shortbread, thaw it overnight in the refrigerator. Once thawed, the shortbread can be kept at room temperature for up to three days.
