Ingredients
• 2 cups wheat flour
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
• Oil for shallow frying
Instructions
1. In a bowl, take wheat flour, salt, curd and oil. Mix them well.
2. Add little water and knead the dough.
3. Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
4. After 15 minutes, again knead the dough for few minutes.
5. Take small portion of dough and roll it into a circle.
6. Sprinkle some kasuri methi on top of the dough.
7. Again roll the dough into a circle.
8. Heat a tawa and place the paratha on it.
9. Now cook the paratha on both sides by applying oil.
10. Serve the paratha with curd, pickles or chutney.
