Ingredients

- 2 green chillies, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
The first step is to prepare the mustard greens. Wash the mustard greens thoroughly and remove the stems. Chop the leaves into small pieces and set aside.
In a large pot, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them crackle. Add the chopped tomatoes and green chillies, and fry until the tomatoes are soft.
Now add the chopped mustard greens, spinach, and bathua to the pot. Stir to combine. Add the garam masala, turmeric powder, and salt to taste. Stir to combine.
Cover the pot with a lid and let the vegetables cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once the vegetables are cooked, turn the heat to low and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
The saag is now ready. Serve it with makki ki roti or any flatbread of your choice. Enjoy!
