Instructions

- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the garlic, onion, carrot, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are lightly browned and tender, about 5 minutes.
