In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic and sauté until the onions are translucent.

Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt and black pepper. Stir to combine and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add the tomato paste, cilantro and lemon juice and stir to combine.
