Instructions
To make escabeche sweet and sour fish, begin by preparing the marinade. In a shallow dish, combine the vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add the fish fillets and turn them to coat. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
