Ingredients
- 1/2 pound dry pasta (penne, macaroni, or rotini work best)
- 2 cans (6 oz each) tuna, drained
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix together the tuna, diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, frozen peas, onion, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the bowl with the tuna and vegetables. Stir to combine.
