Instructions

2. Working one egg at a time, crack the egg into a small bowl and then gently slide it into the simmering water. Cook for 3 minutes, or until the whites are set and the yolk is still soft. Using a slotted spoon, carefully transfer the egg to a plate lined with paper towels. Repeat with remaining eggs.

3. Place 2 English muffin halves on each of 4 plates and top each half with 2 slices of bacon. Place a poached egg on top of each slice of bacon.
