Instructions

Once you’ve gathered all the ingredients, you’re ready to start cooking. Begin by heating the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken cubes, garlic, and ginger and stir-fry for about 3 minutes. Then add the bell pepper, onion, and red pepper flakes and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Next, add the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil to the skillet and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Finally, add the peanuts and green onions and stir-fry for 1 minute. Serve the dish over steamed white rice or noodles for a complete meal.
