  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate with butter or cooking spray.

To make the filling: Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes. Add the chicken, thyme, parsley, peas, corn, broth, flour, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is well combined.
