• 1 teaspoon of garam masala powder

• 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder

• 1 cup of heavy cream

• Salt to taste

• 2 tablespoons of finely chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix the grated paneer, mashed potatoes, cornflour, garam masala powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, and coriander leaves together until everything is well combined.

2. Divide the mixture into small equal portions and roll them into balls.

3. Heat oil in a deep fryer or pan to 350 degrees F and deep fry the koftas until golden brown.

4. Remove the koftas from the pan and drain on a paper towel.

5. In a pan, heat the ghee and add the onions, garlic, and ginger. Cook until the onions are golden brown.

6. Add the tomato puree and all the spices and cook for a few minutes.

7. Add the heavy cream and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 5 minutes.

8. Add the fried koftas and simmer for another 5 minutes.

9. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or chapati.
