- 12 no-boil lasagna noodles
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic, ground beef, and sausage. Cook and stir until beef and sausage are browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard excess grease.
3. Stir marinara sauce into the beef and sausage mixture. Simmer over low heat until sauce is heated through, about 10 minutes.
4. Spread 1/2 cup of the sauce mixture in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with 4 lasagna noodles. Spread 1/2 of the remaining sauce mixture over the noodles. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese and 1/3 of the Parmesan cheese.
5. Repeat layering 2 more times, ending with the sauce mixture. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
6. Cover with foil. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake until cheese is golden brown and bubbly, about 25 minutes more. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, ground beef, onion, and carrots. Cook and stir until beef is browned and vegetables are tender, 5 to 7 minutes.
3. Stir in peas, corn, tomato paste, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper. Simmer until sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes.
4. Transfer mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish.
5. Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes. Drain potatoes and return to pot. Mash potatoes with a potato masher. Stir in milk and butter. Spread mashed potatoes over beef mixture in baking dish. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
