3. Add green chillies, turmeric powder, coriander powder and sauté for a minute.
4. Add tamarind paste and jaggery (or brown sugar) and mix well.
5. Add salt and freshly chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
6. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the chutney turns thick.
7. Serve the chutney as an accompaniment with Vada Pav.
