Instructions
To make the paratha dough:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the wheat flour and salt.
2. Add the oil and mix it in with your hands.
3. Add enough water to make a soft dough.
4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
5. Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
To make the potato stuffing:
1. Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl.

8. Flip and cook the other side for a few more minutes.
9. Serve the parathas hot with chutney, pickles, or yogurt.
