- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of oil
- 2 tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves

Instructions


To make the paratha dough:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the wheat flour and salt.
2. Add the oil and mix it in with your hands.
3. Add enough water to make a soft dough.
4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
5. Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.

To make the potato stuffing:
1. Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl.
2. Add all the spices and mix them in.
3. Heat the oil in a pan and add the mashed potatoes.
4. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
5. Add the coriander leaves and mix in.
6. Take off the heat and let it cool.

To assemble the parathas:
1. Divide the dough into 10 equal sized balls.
2. Take one ball and roll it out into a circle.
3. Place a spoonful of the potato stuffing in the center.
4. Pull up the edges of the dough and pinch them together to form a pouch.
5. Gently flatten the pouch and roll it out into a circle.
6. Heat a pan over medium heat and place the paratha on it.
7. Cook for a few minutes until the paratha is golden brown and crisp.
8. Flip and cook the other side for a few more minutes.
9. Serve the parathas hot with chutney, pickles, or yogurt.
