Instructions

Add cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods, cloves and bay leaves. Once the spices are sautéed, add finely chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and finely chopped green chillies. Sauté till the onions turn golden brown. Now add tomatoes and mix it well. Cook till the tomatoes turn soft and mushy. Add garam masala powder, coriander leaves, mint leaves, mixed vegetables and salt as per taste. Now add the soaked basmati rice and mix it well.
