- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala powder
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Oil for deep-frying
Instructions
Step 1: Marinate the Chicken
In a large bowl, combine the ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, curd, cornflour, salt, and oil. Mix everything together to make a thick paste. Add the chicken cubes and mix them well to coat them with the marinade. Cover the bowl with a lid and let the chicken marinate for at least an hour.Step 2: Cook the Chicken
Heat the oil in a wok or pan over medium heat. When the oil is hot, add the marinated chicken cubes and fry them until golden brown. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the pan and set aside on a plate.Step 3: Prepare the Sauce
In the same pan, add the green chillies, coriander leaves, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, and chaat masala powder. Fry the spices for a few minutes until the aroma is released. Add the fried chicken cubes and mix them with the spices. Add the lemon juice and mix everything together.Step 4: Serve
