Ingredients

For the cheesecake filling:

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg and mix until combined. 2. Place the chopped chocolate and oil in a microwave-safe bowl and heat on high for 1 minute. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and combined with the oil. 3. Using a spoon or small ice cream scoop, scoop out a small amount of the cheesecake mixture and form into an egg shape. Place the cheesecake filled egg onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat with remaining cheesecake mixture. 4. Dip the cheesecake filled eggs into the melted chocolate, turning to coat all sides. Place back on the parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate the eggs until the chocolate is set, about 1 hour.
