Instructions
For the Koftas:
- In a bowl, mix together the grated paneer, mashed potatoes, cashew nut powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, cumin powder and salt.
- Mix well and form into small balls. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry the koftas in batches until golden brown. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Set aside.
For the Sauce:
- Heat the oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Add the cumin seeds and cook until they sizzle.
- Add the green chillies and fry for a few seconds.
