Instructions

To make this Fish and Potato Pie, start by preheating the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is soft, about 5 minutes. Add the fish, salt, pepper, and thyme and cook for another 5 minutes.
