Egg Tofu With Minced Pork Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pack of silken tofu
- 1/2 lb of minced pork
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup of diced onion
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons of water
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
Start by preparing all of your ingredients. Drain the tofu and cut it into cubes. In a bowl, combine the minced pork, soy sauce, sugar, white pepper and cornstarch mixture. Mix well and set aside. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs.
Step 2: Cook the Tofu and Pork

Lower the heat to medium and pour the eggs into the wok. Gently stir-fry the eggs until they are cooked. Make sure not to over mix the eggs as you don’t want them to break apart.
