  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder

  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh cream
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

Start by marinating the chicken pieces. In a bowl, mix together the garlic paste, ginger paste, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, and turmeric powder. Add in the chicken pieces and mix well to ensure that the marinade coats the chicken pieces evenly. Set aside for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and add in the marinated chicken pieces. Fry for about 5-7 minutes on medium-high heat. Once the chicken pieces are cooked through, add in the tomato paste, tomato ketchup and water. Give it a good stir and season with salt.

Cover the pan with a lid and let the gravy simmer for about 10 minutes. Once the gravy has thickened and the chicken pieces are cooked through, add in the fresh cream and chopped coriander leaves. Give it one final stir and turn off the heat.
